Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the TableQR service provided by LOGIX360 STUDIO W.L.L.
It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Overview
Our service includes custom design, configuration and setup work for each client. For this reason, most fees are not refundable once work has started or a billing period has begun.
Please review this policy carefully before committing to a subscription or project.
This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions, which also explain your overall rights and obligations when using the TableQR service.
2. Setup and design fees
- Setup and design fees cover collecting your data, designing your menu and configuring your digital menu in TableQR.
- Once we start work on your project, setup and design fees are non refundable.
If you cancel before we begin any work, we may, at our discretion, refund all or part of any setup fee that you have paid in advance.
3. Subscription fees
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing period, for example monthly or yearly.
- Subscription fees are non refundable once the billing period has started.
If you cancel your subscription:
- Your access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
- At the end of that period we may disable the service and QR codes may stop resolving to your menu.
4. Service problems
If you experience a serious problem with the service:
- Notify us in writing at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue.
- Give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve it.
If we fail to provide the service as described in our Terms & Conditions and we cannot resolve a material problem within 30 days of your written notice, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial or full refund for the affected subscription period.
5. How to cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Email us at [email protected] from the authorised contact email on your account, or
- Contact your account manager using the contact details we have provided.
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and your authority to cancel.
6. Chargebacks
If you dispute a payment with your bank or card provider without first contacting us:
- We may treat this as a breach of your obligations.
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the service.
- We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that we consider unjustified.
