Role summary:
You make the platform boring in the best way: fast, stable, secure. You build the systems that prevent incidents and shorten recovery when they happen.

About TableQR:
We run a production SaaS used by restaurants. Reliability is not a feature. It is the product.

Role snapshot:

• Location: Remote
• Engagement: Contract

You will own:

• CI/CD, deployments, environments, rollback strategy
• Monitoring, alerting, incident response, postmortems
• Infrastructure, scaling, backups, security, cost control

Success looks like:

• Safer deploys with simple rollbacks
• Dashboards that show what matters
• Alerts that are actionable, not noisy
• Lower infrastructure risk and less wasted spend

Must have:

• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Linux and networking fundamentals
• Docker and IaC (Terraform or equivalent)
• Observability tooling
• Strong security habits and least-privilege mindset

Nice to have:

• Kubernetes
• SRE practices
• High-traffic SaaS experience
